Review Your Pay Advice
Pay advice information is available to view in Employee Self Service in MyIllinoisState three business days before payday. To view your pay advice, you must be on an Illinois State Network or using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). For assistance with MFA, contact the Technology Support Center at (309) 438-4357 or SupportCenter@IllinoisState.edu.
Illinois State University uses a paperless system for pay advice information. Student, Faculty, and Staff employees receive and review their pay advice information online.
Illinois State University makes every effort to ensure our employees are paid correctly. Please make sure to review your pay advice to make certain it is correct. Occasionally, inadvertent mistakes can and will occur. If you believe a mistake has occurred, or you have any questions, please contact the University Payroll Office immediately. When mistakes do happen and are called to our attention, we will promptly make any corrections necessary.
