My Paycheck

Payday is the 15th and end of each month. 

  • Hourly employees are paid on a semi-monthly basis. Hours worked from the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month are paid at the end of the month. Hours from the 16th of the month to the end of the month are paid on the 15th of the following month. 

Salaried employees are paid on either a semi-monthly or monthly basis depending upon their employee classification. 

  • Civil Service employees are paid for the 1st of the month to the 15th of the month on the 15th of the month, and for the 16th of the month to the end of the month at the end of the month. 
  • Faculty and Academic salaried employees are paid for the 1st of the month to the end of the month at the end of the month. 

If you are enrolled in direct deposit, your funds will be in your account on payday. If you have not enrolled in direct deposit, your check will be available for pick-up at the University Payroll Office in the Uptown Crossing Building on the morning of payday. Hours of operation may be located on the University Payroll Office website.  When picking up check, employees will be required to present a photo I.D. and sign for the release of the check.  Please review your pay advice to determine method of payment. 

The Payroll Office will not mail paychecks to your campus or home address.
