Payday is the 15th and end of each month.
Salaried employees are paid on either a semi-monthly or monthly basis depending upon their employee classification.
Enroll in direct deposit, so your funds will be in your account on payday. If you have not enrolled in direct deposit, you can enroll through MyIllinoisState. Employees who desire to update their direct deposit via Employee Self Service must be on an Illinois State Network, or using a VPN which can be obtained via the IT Helpdesk at (309)438-4357. If you have not enrolled in direct deposit, your check will be available for pick-up at the University Payroll Office in the College Place Uptown Building on the morning of payday. Hours of operation may be located on the University Payroll Office website. When picking up check, employees will be required to present a photo I.D. and sign for the release of the check. Please review your pay advice to determine method of payment.
The Payroll Office will not mail paychecks to your campus or home address.
